Allow me to introduce myself
My name is Tracey Schreiber. I see individuals and couples on a variety of topics.
In our sessions, you will find a safe, caring, and confidential environment to discuss your concerns openly without judgment.
My clients often comment on my sense of humor and ability to put them at ease. In my desire to understand your situation, I really listen to what you say, how you say it, and sometimes what you aren't saying. With authentic interest and gentle inquiry, I can learn what you really want me to hear and know about you. Often your concerns aren't easy to talk about and that's ok, we'll get there.
It is my belief that YOU are the expert in your life. I take the time to understand who you are and what you are looking for in therapy. Allow me to learn about you and your situation so I can be of service to you.
I consider myself an interactive, client-centered therapist. My therapeutic approach is intended to provide support and practical feedback to help you effectively address the personal life challenges you face. I do this by integrating complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to you. In this process, you will be heard, supported, and given tools to better assist with future challenges. With compassion and understanding, I will work with you to help enhance existing strengths and attain the personal growth you are committed to accomplishing.
If you are motivated to learn new perspectives and ways of seeing and doing things - if you are interested in expanding your current thought process and finding different coping strategies; then I believe we can be a good fit!
